How do we Collect your Data?
On the one hand, your data is collected when you provide it to us. This could be, for example, data that you enter into a contact form. This is primarily technical data (e.g. Internet browser, operating system or time of page access). This data is collected automatically when you enter this website.
What do we Use Your Data for?
Some of the data is collected to ensure that the website functions properly. Other information may be used to analyze your usage patterns.

Analysis-Tools and Tools of Third Parties
When you visit this website, your surfing behaviour may be statistically evaluated. This is primarily done using so-called analysis programmes. Detailed information on these analysis programmes can be found in the following privacy policy and the privacy policies of the technical providers. Our website uses Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager, services provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. These technologies help us to analyse the use of our website, optimise our marketing measures and improve the user experience.
1. Google Analytics
Google Analytics uses cookies, which are stored on your device and enable your use of the website to be analysed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. We have activated IP anonymisation on this website, which means that your IP address is truncated within the EU or the European Economic Area before transmission. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. As part of the data processing agreement that we have concluded with Google, Google uses this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide us with other services relating to website activity and internet usage.
2. Google Ads
We use Google Ads to draw attention to our services on external websites and to provide you with targeted adverts. With the help of Google’s ‘conversion tracking’ technology, we can track whether users take certain actions after clicking on a Google advert on our website. This helps us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to optimise our advertising offers. The data obtained through conversion tracking is anonymous and does not contain any personal information.
3. Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager is used to manage and implement tracking codes and scripts that are integrated on our website. This service itself does not collect any personal data. The Tag Manager merely triggers other tags that may collect data. However, the Google Tag Manager does not access this data.
Legal basis and your rights
Your data is processed on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, provided that you have given this consent. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by adjusting the corresponding cookie settings on our website or deactivating cookies in your browser.
Opt-out and further information
You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser software. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing a browser plug-in (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de). Further information on data protection at Google can be found in Google’s privacy policy.
If you have any further questions about the analysis tools we use and your rights, you can contact us at any time using the contact details provided in the privacy policy.

If the processing of your personal data was/is unlawful, you may request that the processing be restricted rather than deleted.
If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data instead of deleting it.

Google Ads Conversion Tracking
Google Ads Conversion
We use the Google Ads Conversion service to draw attention to our attractive offers with the help of advertising material (so-called Google Ads) on external websites. We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the advertising campaign data. We are interested in showing you advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you and achieving a fair calculation of advertising costs.
These advertising materials are delivered by Google via so-called “ad servers”. For this purpose, we use ad server cookies, through which certain parameters for measuring success, such as the display of ads or clicks by users, can be measured. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google Ads will store a cookie on your end device. These cookies generally lose their validity after 30 days and are not intended to identify you personally. The unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions) and opt-out information (marking that the user no longer wishes to be addressed) are usually stored as analysis values for this cookie.
These cookies enable Google to recognize your internet browser. If a user visits certain pages of an Ads customer’s website and the cookie stored on their computer has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. A different cookie is assigned to each Ads customer. Cookies can therefore not be tracked via the websites of Ads customers. We ourselves do not collect and process any personal data in the aforementioned advertising measures. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google. Based on these evaluations, we can recognize which of the advertising measures used are particularly effective. We do not receive any further data from the use of the advertising material; in particular, we cannot identify users on the basis of this information.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our level of knowledge: Through the integration of Ads Conversion, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an advertisement from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is a possibility that the provider will find out your IP address and store it.
Google Ads Remarketing
Google Ads Remarketing
We use the remarketing function within the Google Ads service. With the remarketing function, we can present users of our website with advertisements based on their interests on other websites within the Google advertising network (in Google Search or on YouTube, so-called “Google Ads” or on other websites). For this purpose, the interaction of users on our website is analyzed, e.g. which offers the user was interested in, in order to be able to display targeted advertising to users on other sites even after they have visited our website. For this purpose, Google stores cookies on the end devices of users who visit certain Google services or websites in the Google Display Network. These cookies are used to record the visits of these users. The cookies are used to uniquely identify a web browser on a specific end device and not to identify a person.
Recipient

Transfers to third countries may occur. So-called standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR have been concluded as appropriate safeguards. Further information can be found here: https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/law-topic/data-protection/data-transfers-outside-eu_de
Deletion / Revocation
You can prevent participation in this tracking process in various ways: a) by setting your browser software accordingly, in particular by suppressing third-party cookies so that you do not receive ads from third-party providers; b) by installing the plug-in provided by Google at the following link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin; c) by deactivating the interest-based ads of the providers that are part of the “About Ads” self-regulation campaign via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, whereby this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies; d) by permanently deactivating it in your Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome browsers under the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin, e) by means of the corresponding cookie setting. We would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. tab=ads#.
